- Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA)
- IRR of the Presidential Decree 1866 as amended by RA 9516 on Controlled Chemicals
- TradeNet and Inter-Agency Business Process Inter-Operability (IABPI) Project or the National Single Window (NSW)
- ASEAN Single Window (ASW)
- Electronic Certificate of Origin (e-CO)
- Bureau of Internal Revenue – Importers Clearance Certificate (BIR-ICC)
- Food and Drug Administration (FDA) License to Operate (LTO) and Certificate of Product registration (CPR)
- Non-Tariff Measures (NTMs)
