The National Export Congress is the highlight of the National Exporters’ Week.
This year, with the theme: “Innovate. Collaborate. Export!”, NEC 2017 encourages the exporters to enhance their entrepreneurial capabilities through innovation and collaboration.
National Export Congress will be a venue for showcasing government and private sector innovation initiatives to grow exports and promote collaboration among businesses.
OBJECTIVES
- To provide support mechanisms of innovation for start-ups and MSMEs.
- To promote a culture of collaboration to encourage creative thinking and knowledge creation and dissemination towards expanding and maintaining economic competitiveness;
- Strengthen and deepen interactions and partnerships among the public and private sector, academe, MSMEs, research & development institutions and communities towards promoting inclusive growth and improving the growth of exports through innovation.
